I made uWeatherFR (and uWeather). For uWeatherFR I've now got a first rating which is one star. Though, there is no review text there and I cannot reply.
If my app is really not working good on the Forerunner devices (I only own a Fenix, so I can just test in the simulator) or someone is really not liking the app, a one star review is justified. However, a one star rating without review tekst I find rather weird and also, I cannot reply to it in the case of a misunderstanding in the app usage.
Is this a bug in the system? Or is it possible to rate one star and not write anything? That doesn't feel right.
@Moderator: is there any way for you to check this? If true, maybe the system should be changed so that you are obligated to leave a review text?
If it is a bug, is there any way to remove this review? It for sure doesn't motivate people to try the app ;)
