Data Field not available in Run activity on fēnix 8

I have created a data field for use with a variety of activity types and devices. On my fēnix 6 Pro, I can download the field from the Connect IQ Store and add it field to many activity types, including the standard "Run" activity.

I have since received a report that, on a fēnix 8 device, the data field can be added to certain activities - including Treadmill Run - but not the standard Run activity type.

What could be the cause of this, and how can it be addressed?

This typically happens when you reach the limit of simultaneous CIQ data fields for an activity profile. That was 2 for watches till now and I think it has been increased to 4 for F8.

Check if this user is already using the maximum allowed quantity of DF in the Run activity profile
