This looks to be something with the .cn app store. Maybe they took something off line for maintenance. Did this just start happening? Did you try again an hour or two later? Your links are working fine for me right now. (I'm in the US)

I see the same error message for those links in the Connect IQ website, but not the Connect IQ store app (in iOS). Sometimes it briefly flashes on the screen and goes away, other times it stays on the screen.
However, in both cases (Connect IQ app and Connect IQ website), I do see reviews, but they don’t change when I toggle between Current Version and All Versions. It seems that, for me, reviews for all versions are always displayed, even if Current Version is selected.
If I change a link URL from .cn to .com, it seems to work properly:
- the error message is not displayed
- switching between Current Version and All Versions works as expected (in both the app and the website). Now the Current Version list shows fewer reviews than the All Versions List.
So yeah, something is broken on the .cn site. You should open a bug report for this.
I also noticed this doesn’t seem to be happening for every app on the .cn store.
