How to make watch face available in EU?

Hello

I uploaded two watch faces on the Connect IQ store on 27th Sept 2024. Here they are - https://apps.garmin.com/apps/a0d337e9-af68-4361-8c10-1156b8b36036 and Vanilla Data

When I tried to download them on my Fenix 7, I noticed that these were not available in Germany. I made them and uploaded them while being in Germany and selected all regions for these to made available in. As far as I can see, these have been approved but still not available in the EU.

Did I miss requesting something which is preventing them from being available in the EU? Can somebody please guide me?
