Garmin developed GoPro Remote v1.0.1 & Hero 13

I've reached out to the developer (Garmin) twice now without any response. The Garmin developed GoPro remote app v1.0.1 doesn't work with the latest GoPro Hero 13. More than happy to be a beta tester or offer any kind of developer support needed. If this is not the appropriate avenue to look for answers, please direct me to the correct portal. I'm using a Garmin Enduro 3 firmware version 11.68.

I have the same problem. GoPro 13 Black and it will not connect to the GoPro Camera Control app.

this is not really the right forum. I'm not sure there is one... The best thing you can do is what you already did, to report to the developer. You can also try to contact Garmin Customer Support and report it for your device. Though usually the agents have no idea about things we download from the store, even if it's from Garmin, but in this case maybe the problem is with the device, so worth to try.

The description doesn't include the 13, and there are a number of reviews requesting the 13, and there is also "Contact Developer" for that app.

I suspect there is something about the 13 that makes it harder to support

yes, I know. And I mentioned both the description and reviews to look at first
