How to debug errors - is there an error log?

Hello,

some chinese users report errors with my watch face on Fenix 3 HR. One is reporting of a blank white screen. What can it be?
Is it possible to inspect log files?
I read there is a log file at Garmin\Apps\Logs\sciq_log.txt. On my watch there is only a empty folder.

Is this the right path to log file?

The path is correcr, but I think the filename is an other one.
But there should be only ine file, so it doesn't matter.

The useres should delete the file first and then install your watchface.
So it's easier for you to debug.
