I just published a watch face through Garmin's Connect IQ Monetization System.

How do I upload it to my own device without paying for it or side-loading it?

I think you can request coupons to get it for 'free'

You could also republish your watchface as a beta app, so that only you can download it for free. (Yeah, I realize this is a pain.)
