It looks as though the simulator retains the last speed/pace value even after stopping the simulated data or FIT file playback.
I have a data field that shows current pace. When the simulator starts, current pace is null/0 so the field doesn't display a value. After starting the simulated data or playing back a FIT file, the pace field updates just fine. However, when you stop the simulated data or FIT file playback, the pace value doesn't revert to zero/null, rather it sticks with the last value.
This is unlike other values, such as heart rate or cadence, which do reset when the simulation stops.
Is this a bug, or by design?
