Due to current regulations, Connect IQ cannot make your apps available in the EEA region until you obtain Garmin approval.

4 of my watchfaces are gone from store after updating text info and the regional limits no options is not available so sad

Do not change anything of your app description or other things. Do the following:

1) fillup the form online https://www.garmin.com/de-AT/forms/ciq-registration/

2) wait for 1 days and fill it and send it again

3) wait another day checking often the spam folder of your email and your developer web page

usually garmin support answers within 1-3 working days

When they will answer you you should find another form to fill and the difference with the previous will be the image id document to add.

wait another 1-3 working days

if everything ok your apps will be visible again

I did receive the form with the option to attach the identity document. Now waiting for the verification process to complete.

Did you get an email or a notification on your developer store site?

It came after a day of submitting the form, on my developer site. I just refreshed the pay and was redirected to the form.

Sorry - but what do you mean by „I just refreshed the pay“?

I have some apps that ask for donations with paypal.
I changed the item in the details of one of these apps where it says that tips are requested.
after less than 10 minutes the form to upload the document appeared on the developer page.
I don't know if it's a coincidence but try.

Thank you for that hint. I have 3 datafields (out of 17) that ask for a Paypal donation. Unfortunately, these 3 datafield are the most downloaded, and when I change the description, they will disapear from the EU store. 
But if nothing helps - I will remove the ask for donation.

Edit: ok, I have now deleted all requests for Paypal donations.

Sorry for the typo. I just refreshed the the developer dashboard *page* and it redirected me to the form with the field to attach the identity proof. Then the developer page showed a confirmation stating that the verification will be completed in 1-3 business days.

After 3 business days, the verification was complete and I was able to select "No" for the regional limits question in the app submission details.
