Hello!

I have this info in my connect developer app page.

I used this form:

But after the confirmation page, nothing happen the last 2 weeks.

Did someone know how long it takes?

What exactly do you mean by the "developer page?" Do you mean the link appeared in the developer dashboard?

Is there a link of the form you can share?

I have submitted twice too but not sure the link was right.

the developer page is the page you land in when you get access to connect iq store using your credential. It is the page with all your apps. After I submitted twice the first time i got into the developer page i was redirected to another page with the same form i submitted twice but... at the bottom there was the request to append my id card pictures. Actually i do not have such link. The page where i submitted my info teice was the following: www.garmin.com/.../

the strange is that i did not receive any information about the regional limit changing. I read about it at feb 2024 but because i was not a "new" developer i thought i was immune to such change. So few days ago i did find all my apps not available in many EU countries and this was a big obstacle to my apps visibility. I noticed that my apps were not very much visible but even if it was annoying me a lot i decided to take the situation "as is". Garmin Store ranking is not easy to climb...

When I got verified early on, I recall getting an mass email about how to reset the regional stuff after verification. But since I was grand fathered in, nothing was blocked so I didn't pay much attention.

What do you use under "Edit Details>Regional Limits" for your app? :

Theregional limit option is gray and is not clickable... so actually only some countries are available. I think i must wait a bit more because they said "1-3 work days after verification"

What do you see if you expand "Europe"? Maybe try turning reginal limits off (that's how all my apps are set)

i cannot select yes or not. They are locked and grayed. Infact if i expand europe there are countries grayed and locked at off. Thank you very much for following my case!! :-.D

The confirmation is just arrived! I checked all the old apps and everything is normal.
