IQ screen in starting application with iphone connected

Hi

I am the APP4TRAIL developper and i use 1.2.9 of sdk. I have a FENIX 3 Sapphir

Often when I start the application, I have an iq screen
I noticed that when I stopped garmin connect on iphone application works if a return to hours screen
If I restart Garmin connect it's work too and the watch is connected to GC

If I stop the application and garmin connect is active it works too while it did not work before

No message in CIQ.log.txt nothing to make a diagnostic

Firmware 7.6
Display 3.5
GPS 3.0
BLE/ANT 3.6
Wifi 2.0 CIQ 1.3.1

a reset to factory gives no improvement

My program contains trace in onstart and no information on the traces files

some times I start /stop 10 times and no problem. If i start GC the pb appears.

Waiting 1 hour or two, if I raise I get the message

Have you some explication and help

I've head of something like this, but on a fr 23x, and no phone was involved, but a similar app (Hike) was. In my case, about the first thing I do is fire up GPS. An IQ! with no other data happens at times (not very often though)

One thing I've asked users to do is to start the native run app to make sure they can get GPS, and in general, they can't until they do a full power down. After the native run app can get GPS, my app runs fine, but if the native app can't, I get the IQ!

Maybe it's something similar?

Some informations

When i start the application and if i have an IQ, if a start again IQ too. 4 5 times. No way to start
if i return to the watch face, if a start it's good.

In some case, if i kill garmin connect it's good when i start the application. After i can start garmin connect and it's good too.

No message in CIQ log.txt. No trace in 5DE4ZE55.TXT (exemple) the program don't start.
it's a mystery. a problem with the vm and memory... i don't know.

after a reset factory it's the same thing
