Monetization - How do I know when I sell and app ?

I've setup my merchant account, uploaded an app and even sold (at least) one instance. I know this as I've been in discussions with the purchaser.

I have had no notification from Garmin, nor can I see any sales in the Dashboard (or at least I can't find where to look).

How do I know when I sell an app ? How do I confirm that all sales are accurately recorded and that my share of proceeds are actually sent to me at the end of the month etc..

How do I know who my customers are in case they contact me. I may want to offer paying customers a different service to non paying customers ?

The sales report dashboard is on its way and should be arriving before the end of the month.

Ok got my first sales report and it does not seem to match up with the statistic which are:-

Based on this statistics graph, I calculate 9 installs but the sales report only shows 6.

It may be possible that one customer has downloaded to multiple devices but my app is a very niche product used in target shooting (https://apps.garmin.com/apps/fda0ccd0-c622-483b-ad90-3562303bfed6?tid=3). It's not something that generally multiple family members might download.

AlphaMonkeyC - are you able to investigate.

The stats counts include installs and updates, as opposed the download count (visible on the app page to everyone) which only counts installs (not that it matters so much, now that we don't have the exact number any more.)

So if a user installs your app and updates once, that should count as 2 downloads for the purposes of the stats.

Ok - thanks for that info. It may very well explain the discrepancy as I did release a new version to Support Fenix 8 etc
