Is there something wrong with the developer dashboard?

I get most of the time the following error:

There seems to be an issue when fetching the data

And the only time it worked, when I tried to upload a new version of an app, I get

Sorry, your message couldn’t be submitted because we’re having trouble communicating with our servers. Please try again later.

Anybody else? It worked yesterday,

I've seen some stuff with the app store the last couple hours or so. I chalk it up to some kind of maintenance being done to the store. It happens once in a while

As the message says "try again later" I'll give it 15 to 30 minutes later and see if things work

Thanks, yeah, it's been over an hour hence the post. Ok, I'll try again later on tonight or tomorrow morning.
