Ratings - Can they be deleted, or do they just disappear

Hi,

I've noticed some Ratings from Users just disappear. I am not sure if they are removed by someone/somebody, but I had one the other day - which has now just gone.

I originally thought it might per release - but that doesn't seem in use at the minute - and this is a new App. I added some feedback, and now the Rating has gone.

Any ideas?

The only reason a rating would completely disappear is if it was flagged as inappropriate and one of us agrees that it was an inappropriate review and we delete the review.

Sometimes, reviewers want to change their review because they believe they unfairly rated an app lower than they should have (e.g. they gave it three stars because they misunderstood some feature, but now feel it should be four stars), but reviewers do not currently have a way to edit their reviews. Instead, they will flag their own review and we will delete so they can post a revised review.

Thanks Brandon - At least one review as definitely gone, as it related to Oregon 7 support, and it's no longer there. I added a Developer Reply, which may help explain.
