Are you sure your watch is compatible? I see that app is compatible with Epix, but not Epix Pro. (Yeah, Garmin product names are confusing af.) If your watch is not compatible, then it def explains why the app doesn't show up on the Android CIQ app.
You can double check by going to the app on the CIQ store website (same one you screenshotted and jim_m_58 linked), signing in with your Connect account, and pressing Download. If the app is truly available for your watch, you'll be able to download it that way (it will download the next time you sync your watch.)
If the app isn't available for your watch, you'll get an error message like this:
He doesn't say what exact watch he has, so it's not clear if it's actually supported.
Actually he did... (well he said "Epix Pro", and none of the Epix Pro variants are in the supported devices list, so it was enough info to go by)
But you're right, if their watch isn't supported, then the only solution is to ask the dev to support it (or wait).
