glance watch face not showing weather

I have garmin venu sq with glance watch face app. Used to show the weather fine but now just shows zombie like skull and no weather. Any suggestions appreciated TIA

Okay, followed suggestions in this link https://support.garmin.com/en-CA/?faq=Mxs4eRXzRdAYJ0h7yyWaj9 powered cycled iPhone and Garmin Venu. Weather now back.
