How long does it take for a new released device to show up in SDK?

I just checked now and Edge 1050 device files have been released.

In general I think device files are released almost "immediately" (*) after the existence of a new device becomes known. (DCR's Edge 1050 review was posted 19 hours ago.)

I already uploaded a new version of one app to the store that includes edge1050, however there's some change (or bug?) in the developer dashborad: after uloading the new version I no longer see the colorful header message telling me that it's still to be processed and that can take up-to 2 hours. And I still see the old version in store. Brandon.ConnectIQ can you check this?

With new devices, it's pretty normal they show up within a day or so.

Another question:

On my PC screen the simulator window is cutted on top.
Is my screen resolution too small  (1920 x 1200)  - or is it the same with higher resolutions?

In the sim, the same number of pixels are used as on the real device, so you may have issues with higher res devices based on your screen.  For me, things look fine on my desktop, but not on my notebook.  There is no way to adjust for this.

That's the same as on my desktop, and you'll see something similar for some of the larger handhelds. (like the Montana)

On my laptop with the 1050, the lower part of the 1050 screen is hidden.
