Acces buttons in Data Field app

Hi,

I won't be particularly original if I say that I am a novice in creating applets for Connect IQ. I have a problem with accessing buttons in an app of type Data Field. In app of type Watch App there is no problem with this, button presses are captured (print). After changing to Data Field (WatchUi.View -> WatchUi.DataField), button presses are no longer captured. What needs to be changed to access buttons in a Data Field app?

The only input available with data fields, and then only on some devices with touch, is a tap.

To clarify this, touch input in CIQ data fields is supported on Edge cycling computers, not watches.

if you need to allow the user to somehow interact with your data field, one option could be to leverage on-device settings, which allows your field to implement a separate view (usually a menu) for settings. But it would probably be a poor user experience for anything except actual settings, as it takes a lot of button presses to get there.
