There was an update to the sdkmanager today

I run the sdkmanager fairly often.  Not looking for a new SDK, but to check for updates to the device files. and with the command palette, it's only a couple mouse clicks away.

With the new SDK 7.2.0 there is a big delay until the simulator shows the app on my Win PC.
On the simulator an empty/white device-screen appears for about 4 seconds until it contimues:

Often I get a Timeout  ->  "kill the app"

Is this normal for SDK 7.2.0 ?
