There's a bug report about this from a few daya ago where Kyle from Garmin has been posting, and indicated that they would roll out a fix on Monday or Tuesday,
In the mean time, hit cancel on the screen you see and a bit later you'll see something in the window, and you can download the new SDK, update devices, etc

I removed 7.2.0 from SDK manager, reverted to 6.4.2, and wait for a SDK manager fix.
I found SIM 7.2.0 has a bug in handling BLE connections, I am using the nRF dongle. After pairing and connect, immediately a disconnect follows in the SIM. While the BLE app is correctly working on real devices.
