About development license in the European Union

Hello, I applied for Garmin’s European license, and it was approved. However, it seems they got my contact email wrong, and it’s different from the email I usually use to upload to Connect IQ. What should I do? Should I reapply? But my second application has been pending for a week without any response. Is it an efficiency issue, or did they assume I passed and ignore me?

The email you see isn't the email you used to apply, but the email for your specific app, which is set in "Edit Details" for each app.

As far as approval, there can be delays if you are using ANT, etc.

I might not have expressed it clearly. I have two email addresses: A and B. A is my daily-use email because I cannot change my name in Connect IQ. I re-registered B as my new development account, continuing to use A as the contact email and B as the development account.

I filled out the form, but it seems they made a mistake. Now, A has European Union permissions, while the B email does not. A and B email addresses differ by only a few letters; I suspect this issue caused their confusion.

I haven’t used ANT, so I’m wondering if they overlooked my second application, thinking I applied twice. The two email addresses are quite similar, which might have caused confusion. Should I reapply, or should I patiently wait?
