SDK 7.1.1 Low Power Mode and import prg file?

1 ). Where can I find in the new SDK - version. 7.1.1 Low Power Mode in Simulator?

2). As in the new SW ver. 27 (CIQ 3.4.5) import and delete the prg file?

What I usually do is to 1st write in the forum (or reply if the thread already exists), this way both other users and Garmin can see if it's happening often and to many users, then contact CS and send them the description of the problem and the link to the forum.

"Write to SW devs" is a bit optimistic, I don't know when it gets to devs. Probably starts at customer support, qa, maybe also product management... then maybe devs
