How to add paramaters on Garmin Connect App

Hi,
how to add paramaters on Garmin Connect App ? I don't see anything in the 'Communication' page of the developer guide.

And I think, this is certainly a thing like a xml to fill ...

I wanted to add (if possible), as parameters an array (or Vector) , in fact more than one array ...

Anyway, let's start with the first need : access to the parameters.

Arghh,

my app is far from be finished ...
can we submit and cancel the submission , but still with keeping the settings in GC, because I used the App Setting Editor in the simulator, but nothing is equal to the true life ...

And does it normal that my launch icon isn't updated too ?

You can contact Brandon or Coleman (on these forums) or send an e-mail to [email][email protected][/email] and ask that your app be 'rejected' for the time being. This will put it into a state where nobody else can see it for download, but you can make changes and test the persistence system.

I don't know anything about launcher icon problems.

What device and type of app do you have (launcherIcon isn't used for watchfaces, for example, and DF's, widgets and watch-apps vary by device)?

Where are you not seeing it change? If it's on your device, are you sure the .prg on your device has been updated? (it could be you're still running the old one)

jim, I'm doing a datafield on a fenix 3. I don't see the icon, still in the Garmin Connect App.
I think that we can see icons, because I see icons of another datafields (still in GC App).
But I think that my .prg is updated, because the modifications I have done are present.

What you see in GCM isn't the launcherIcon. It's your primary image for your DF in the app store. If it's not in the app store (a side load), all you see is a blank box.

Not for testing. The image will show on GCM when you do upload it to the store. With a DF on a f3, you won't see launcherIcon anyplace. It's not used. It's common to use a screen shot of your app in the app store, and that's what shows on GCM.

Sorry, I have check the programmer guide, turn my fingers 7 times before writing ; and it'll be an another dummy question, but for me : uploading to the store is submitting the app.Then, I don't see the difference for testing.

Otherwise understood for the launcherIcon.
the icon I wanted to put is effectively a screenshot (taked with the simulator) of the app

Hi,
I've uploaded my app, for being able to test my app settings through GC app or GC Express, and this is still not available.
I can only test it through the app setting editors, but I wanted now to do it through the GC app.
And you told me that this was possible when the app was in the validation process.

What I have do wrong ?

Forget what I've put, this is probably due to the fact there was a problem between the version I put manually in my watch, and this one.
By renaming the app, this works.

But I still have an issue, because, when changin my data field, it didn't want to keep my new datafield, but put the chrono instead ...

I'll never arrived to make this work ...

I think this is a matter of memory, but I don't understand, in the simulator, I have a peak @ 14.2kb , a,d I'm @ 13.0kb for the rest of the time; I'm far from the 16kb.
