How to test with true data in Simulator

Hi,
I read that it was possible to have random data or input a .fit file for the simulator, but I don't see where, and I don't know how to do it.

In the Sim, under "Simulation" is "Fit Data", and there you can "playback file" or pick "Simulate data".
