moveBarLevel not cleared after plenty of exercises

Nothing  is wrong.  The move bar is determined by one thing - steps.

The first level is for not taking enough steps in an hour, while the next 4 are for additional 15 minutes.

If you just see the first level, to clear it, you need to take about 100 steps (without stopping) and with all 5, about 200 steps (without stopping).

If you see more than one, you need to clear all of them.  Lets say you have an hour and 15 minutes.  You can't just clear the 15 minutes - you need to clear the whole hour and 15 minutes.
