Dear developers Connect IQ SDK! Will there ever stably work data send between a phone app and a watch app?
Last fall I wrote two apps that actively use Direct Messaging and, unfortunately, a large number of users (judging by the reviews, about 30-50%) never turned establish communication between apps on phone and watch. I never understood the reasons for this (of course on my devices all worked perfectly) and just offer to cancel the order. But now, after upgrading GCM to version 3.9, the app stopped working for most users (but again on my Nexus 5X + vivoactive everything works perfectly). I, of course, updated their apps using SDK 2.1.2, but it didn't help. The screenshot below shows how changed scores of one of my apps immediately after 9th August:
Have already been firmware and GCM updates, after which at many users stopped working Direct Messaging, but the problems never been as global.
Can we hope for a speedy fix for this situation or should I just delete the application from the IQ Store?
