Where it says "myid" in your URL it should should have a 32 char string with your ID for box. Try replying to the email and noting this, as I think they forgot to paste the key into your email

You're replying to someone who doesn't understand subtext or nuance, and always assumes OP has no idea what they're talking about (if he even bothers to read the full post). It's a waste of time to ask him to give OP credit or the benefit of the doubt - it will never happen.
Yes, i tried 5-6 ways,,, and i lost 20-25 minutes with no success,, this is the reason why i posted the question here, if anybody else encounter it,, perhaps it will be a shortcut on my solution :) . I replied on the email already,, but i don;'t know if i will receive an answer. Thanks
