Hi. It seems the latest device software update broke something in CIQ. I’m receiving plenty us calls from users that only see the CIQ logo on their device (app crash). Both for watch faces and data fields. Not all devices are affected. Of course, all devices I have works fine so not able to reproduce the problem to file a proper bug report.
has anyone else seen the same? If so, any ideas what was broken? In my case seems to be related to rendering layouts with custom fonts and text areas. But again, have not been able to reproduce on my own targets.
I see many other apps having the same issues, users posting on various Facebook groups. (A lot of photos on the CIQ logo everywhere)
