How do I obtain the device name

I am developing a watch face, want to do some style color can be selected in the Settings. I have an idea: Default to different styles of color based on different types of devices. But I can't get the name of the current device from the code. No information is found in the API documentation. Is there a way to know how to get the device name? Please tell me, thank you very much!

You can have it in a few ways. Either you create a resources-<device>/strings.xml with device name set as a string, or you can create source-<device>/constants.mc with DEVICE as a string constant in it. Or you can get the part number from the System.getDeviceSettings().partNumber

Just a question regarding DeviceSettings().partNumber:

Is partNumber a unique number for each device type (i.g. all Edge 1040 have the same number, all Edge 1040 Solar have the same number, and so on…)?

Or is ist a individual number for each device (another for each Edge 1040) like a serialnumber?

Since I have only one device of some Edges I can‘t check on real devices…

it's the same for all edge1040-s (maybe there are a few, you can see them in compler.json, usually there's one for ww, and another for APAC)
