Simple Settings (Menu?)

Hey everyone,

trying to implement a simple Settings, well, Menu for my Watch Face.

Idea would be to start with something that's like the "Accent Color" setting on my default Forerunner 45 Watch Face.

I suppose I can't use Menu2 examples, as the Watch's SDK is running on 1.4.0?

Would be happy to see an example or a quick rundown on how I get started here - and how to test it. If I got it right, in the simulator I should be able to switch using the persistent storage option?

Menu and Menu2 are not that dissimilar. You can change the minApi to higher and change menu to menu2 and you should already be able to see it. Next step you can add some features that are not in menu, only in menu2.

You can't do on-devices settings on the fr45, as it's only a CIQ 1 device.

getSettingsView isn't available. See the API doc:

You can use regular app-settings from a phone or Garmin express though.
