As you may have noticed, a new UI was introduced recently for the Developer Dashboard.
In the past, if you uploaded a new version, you could immediately hit DOWNLOAD and you'd get that new version on your own device, even if there was a banner that suggested it could take up to 2-3 hours or so for it to be available (to others).
Now, that is broken. I just uploaded version 20.3. If I tap "Upload New Version" it tells me the latest version is 2.3. Great. But the version listed for the data field still says 2.2 (I've refreshed the view). And when I hit DOWNLOAD to load the latest version to my EDGE, it sends version 2.2.
So the new UI also did something to prevent developers from downloading the latest version immediately. Not a big deal... it usually does get "approved" within 30 mins or so.
