Is there an issue will Trial App Downloads ?

I've released an update to my app in the last few days. It uses Garmin's Trial App functionality to limit usage to 30 days for non paying customers. Some of my customers are reporting that after the update they now have the trial version back which locks them out as the original install was more than 30 days ago. For other customers it's working as expected and they get the unlocked version from the store.

Anyone else seeing something similar ?

I noticed the App Store website seems to be updated (or at least the Theme is) and I'm unable to access Download stats for my app from the developer console. Coincidence ?

There seems to be an issue with download statistics indeed, I'm getting "no statistics available" when I go the tab so it could be related.

This is a long shot but maybe the settings on the device are corrupted on the device due to the update. Have you had your customers try to uninstall and reinstall your app? (the uninstall part is important as a new install is more reliable than an update of the app)

Hi Peter, yes I spent an hour on a call with one of my customers today. He did uninstall and reinstall but this didn't help. I've done the same here on an Epix2 and a Vivoactive and both work as expected.

It would be great if you could also test. The app is called wristMT and you can download from here apps.garmin.com/.../2c5c9324-3c8c-44cb-8a4b-685ac08f45e3 and I'll send you a coupon code directly so you can go through the purchase process to unlock.
