Why is my app not appearing in Garmin/Apps?

I recently created a CIQ app and uploaded it to the store. Currently, there is an unexpected behavior happening and I am trying to debug it. When I looked in my file system I could not find the app in Garmin/Apps. I am trying to find the Sys.println() output messages and am completely lost.

1. I looked in GarminDevice.xml and could not find the E1PK3407.PRG file.

2. The only files with the beginning E1PK3407 are under Garmin/Apps/Data. These are the E1PK3407.DAT, E1PK3407.IDX, E1PK3407.IMT. I have read that these are for storage, and I want to know how to access them as well. There is also a E1PK3407.SET file in Garmin/Apps/Data.

On some devices, all prg files are hidden (for security it's said).

you know the name though, so if you want to create a log file, it's in garmin/apps/logs and called E1PK3407.txt in this case. The file must be pre-created by you,

Thanks, Jim. I am confused though as to why my other PRG files exist there and this one isn’t.. every single other app has its PG file in the correct spot…

On some devices, it does depend on the app type. You may be able to see watch faces but not device apps for example. It depends on the specific device and firmware version.
