Usually it doesn't, but when you changed the properties, then sometimes it does
If Garmin Express was used to get the FW update, at the same time the user could have gotten an update to your app, and if you'd made changes to your app's properties, that could have caused the clear/reset.
OK. But this is happening on apps where there was no change to my app properties.
Do you also see this happening or only users report this? Does it matter if you use Garmin Express or Connect IQ app?
