moveBarLevel - how to get any value in the simulator?

This question was asked many years ago.

But seems with simulator updates old suggestions doesn't work.

All the time in the simulator I got 0.

How to simulate?

What I do is just let the simulator run for an hour or more without simulating any steps

level 1 = 60 then 15min for each level if I remember well

Is it mean higher value is less activity?
ie 0 is good for real user?

0 means you are moving/taking enough steps not to trigger a move alert

I am also finding that not only do I need to set the steps to zero (actually it defaults to this) and set the activity monitoring "Fast Forward" to 60+ but also it will not register on the watch until I go on the simulator to file>reset all app data. Then it registers...
