Worrying results.
Did a cardio session at gym, fenix 7 solar recorded on watch a max heart rate of 160 which felt about right when looking on the menu at HR for last 4 hours .
However, the max HR value has a measure of 194 on the watch and connect in the Cardio Activity which I was recording it on.
So the watch has 2 values …. V confused ! At 57 years old 194 is worrying.
