7 Day Load Metric

I'm stuck with one of the built-in watch faces. The 7-day Load value is really valuable. But as far as I can tell, Garmin doesn't expose this to CIQ. Very unfortunate.

trudelta - really? What is the CIQ method to get this? I can't find it. Thanks! And what watch face? I'd love a more interesting WF that includes this.
