It looks like there's something going on with vivoactive5. 2 weeks ago I deleted the directory, then downloaded vivoactive5 device again. But today, after I opened sdk manager to download the new System7 stuff I got this popup. At first I thought it's some problem with my stuff, but when the exact same happened on a second Mac I start to understand that this must be some Garmin bug.
I've uploaded new Vivoactive 5 configs that should fix the SDK Manager not being able to delete the device. Until we can get a new version of the manager that can properly delete this bad config you'll have to manually delete it. Delete the following folders to fix it.
Windows: %APPDATA%\Garmin\ConnectIQ\Devices\vivoactive5
MacOS: ~/Library/Application\ Data/Garmin/ConnectIQ/Devices/vivoactive5
Linux: ~/.Garmin/ConnectIQ/Devices/vivoactive5
