Can't upload app for first time: At least one screen image is required.

I get a "At least one screen image is required." error in Screen imaged section of in step 2 of https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/developer/upload when trying to upload an app for the first time.

I have added 4 images, so don't understand what the problem is.

Is the 150KB limit per image, or for all 5? Have tried images where the total i below 150KB so guess it is not this.

I'm using Firefox and have updated to latest ver 119.0.1 in case out of date browser was the issue

Any Ideas what I am doing wrong?

Do you have a cover image in addition to 1 to 5 other screen images?

You don't see the image for the i-5 but you see the image name?

The 150 KB limit is per image. As jim_m_58 implied, when you select an image you're supposed to see the image itself on the page, not the filename.

e.g.

I just added an image to an existing app with the same version of Firefox (on Windows) without any issues. Haven't uploaded a new app recently, though.

Have you tried a different browser, like Chrome? Would it be possible for you to post one or more of the images here? (Maybe in a ZIP file so we can be sure that they're not modified by the forum upload process or by hosting them on an image site)

What type of image are you trying to use? I pretty much always use png files. I just uploaded a new app with chrome/window11 and the images are working fine.

Thanks both, sorted now.

The png images I was using did not have file name extensions

Looks like the simulator option to save the screen image does automatically add the extension, at lease on Linux.
