How to implement an application with multiple views?

Is there some templates or samples that could be used to implement an application supporting multiple views and multiple menus?
Is there some Monkey C application on GitHub that can be used as basis for new apps?

Take a look at the ObjectStore sample in the sdk. It switches between two views. I'll guess that other samples do too.
