RECEIVING REAL TIME HEART RATE DATA?

Hi everyone, how can I get real time heart rate data or closer to do this? After taking the data , it is gonna be send to an app. GARMIN vivoactive4 is the watch I work with. It is for my project, please tell me what to do.

You can create an app, in it create a session, which will record the data to a fit file and upload it to Garmin Connect at the end of the session, while you'll be able to analyze the HR data in real time in the app. You can even create a data field and do the same there (if it makes sense)

Seems unlikely that OP has been waiting around 8 months for an answer....
