In the SDK there is a document called ConnectIQ User Experience Guide
The last page describes that...
I think that was very recently added because my copy of that document only had the Forerunner 920 listed. I now see that there is a new SDK available, and the document now has all the device dimensions listed.
As discussed elsewhere, it would be very convenient if this information was accessible at runtime. This way some of the resource tricks could be avoided.
