Vivoactive 5: Missing Graphics Capabilities?

Hi,

with the AMOLED screen and API level 4.2.0, the new Vivoactive 5 should support the more recent graphics methods like dc.setFill(). It doesn't. Which is consistent with the docs, as Vivoactive 5 is not listed in the "supported device" list. This is a pity, nevertheless. No nice watchfaces utilizing alpha channel for this device, or is it a bug?

Have you tried it in the sim? A quick glance at the API doc, doesn't seem to have it under "supported devices" and doesn't have the venu3 either, not only for this but for other things like complications, which do work in the sim.

Yes I tried the Sim. It compiles without issues but crashes at runtime. Symbol not found error.

Venu3 variants run fine by the way.

See if you can find someone with a va5 to test a sideload for you, but in the mean time, I wouldn't publish this for the va5. The va5 doesn't have everything the venu3 does,
