setMapMarker/setMapPolyline resets zoom on MapTrackView

As per the subject - when a user adjusts the zoom level and I add/update a marker on a map CIQ resets the zoom on the Map.

Does anyone know of a workaround?

Maps are actually a native view, and not really done by CIQ itself. This behavior could vary by device, but it's the Firmware, not CIQ.

Of course, wrong choice of words. Has this been reported previously though?

Issue (BUG?) still persist now (march 2025), when I enter Browse mode to be able to adjust zoom level I get the Polyline displayed and updated with no problem. The zoom resets when I exit browse mode, get back to Preview mode and the Polyline updates (setPolyline executes in onUpdate)... that triggers the zoom reset, also on my fenix 7 pro when the zoom resets in Preview mode the polyline isn't displayed anymore despite being updated by the App, it is only visible in/when you re-enter Browse mode

Haven't found any workaround yet.
