We've had a few people interested in this. (See some discussion here.) I don't know if anyone is specifically working on this yet, but with as much interest as I've seen, I'm sure there will be something available at some point. I have not heard whether Garmin is working on and app internally related to this or not, but I do know that we have a plan to potentially include weight scale support in Connect IQ.
For me this is the sole responsibility of Garmin/Tanita. They want to sell there products, and wasn't it promised that the 910xt successor has this feature.

It has been suggested in several places that a ConnectIQ app could be created for it (most notably by dcrainmaker), but as far as I've ever seen, nobody affiliated with Garmin has ever said the functionality would be available.
Finally app on google play that support ant+ tanita and synchro with GC :) Its a bit pricey (for me ;) ) for GC app but it works. I hope there won't be any bugs after few weeks of use.

I couldn't get it work on either a Samsung S4 nor a Samsung Note 3 with usb ant stick!!
