What are you trying to do? When you look at the API doc, you'll see "Since API Level" but you also want to check "Supported devices". In the case of the fenix5+, It may be 3.3.3 , and Toybox.Weather is "Since API Level 3.2.0", but the fenix5+ isn't listed as a Supported Device for example. The Fenix5+ doesn't have the weather API...
