There is an App for Index S2 that says it needs Credit Card for Age and the charger 0€ but then try to charge 39$ stop the fake Company and ban them from IQ store.

The tried again to charge 39$ from my Visa card.

I have it in Prepaid and informed my bank.

It's a shame that Garmin let's so's Bandits be in there IQ store and dont help you with the easy set-up in Connect.

So you are looking for get your index s2 working and land in IQ Store where you download App for Index s2 and the app isn't necessare for the Scale to work.

I posted in Reviews a warning that the charge your Credit card not with 0$ the then try to charge 39$.

And the try it again and again.

STOP THE FAKE APP FROM IQ STORE AND SEND THEM TO POLICE.

The Index S2 scales don't support CIQ and there are no apps for them in the CIQ store, so who knows what you're running/doing. But it's not CIQ.

Can you provide a link to this app? There are none I'm able to find related to Index S2, and there aren't any apps I'm aware of that support the Index scales.

Nothing in the Google Play store appears to match whatever he's talking about.

I’m guessing you are talking about a payment through the Google Play store? Not through the IQ app?

There were 41,000 downloads of that IQ app. That dev has 10 other apps too. One with 500,000 downloads and one with 300,000.

None of the reviews of the companion Android OR Apple app talk about your issue. The phone apps are not age restricted. So asking about “age” doesn’t make much sense.

Seems like there should be a lot of people complaining.

How do you know it wasn’t something else?

that is not a widget for Index S2 at all, it is for devices like Watch, that is it, you should read the description.

I can't post you the App Widget or what ever.

All evidence like my Review and warning is purged.

Even the Garmin site for Index S2 has changed and new links are in it now leading users to correct Software and

not in IQ store like me before.

I thought this was a on charge try from my Visa card but it seems that they will try it every Month like an Abo.

Im in contact with my Bank to get the Data from this Cheaters. They say we need Credit Card for Age verification and fee 0$

Then try to take 39.99$ each Month.

I'm locking this thread since your complaint is not related to Connect IQ or any Garmin product. https://ctsnnct.com/ is not associated with Garmin and may be a scam, though I know nothing about it myself. Following through with your bank as you are is likely your best course of action, unless you can work directly with ctsnnct.com to cancel your subscription with them.
