Hi fellow developers,
I have developed a watchface that works fine on a variety of devices (including Fenix 6, 7, Epix, Venu 2) and gets lots of positive feedback (which suggests it's working for them!). I have also tested it for Vivoactive 4/4s and it appears to work fine in the simulator (unfortunately I don't own a Vivoactive 4 device and so I have to rely exclusively on the simulator).
Since uploading the new version to the Connect IQ store I've had feedback from a couple of VA4 users who describe the following behaviour, "In playing around with it I notice that when it sits there idle it displays just fine as soon as I touch the screen so the light turns on and it's no longer idle. It's in use. That's when it starts with the one second flash on then 10 blank screen. One second on 10 seconds blank screen again". They also shared a video of exactly this behaviour

Has anyone else experienced something similar and have suggestions for how to fix?
