Negative review, because data field not working. How to analyze problem?

Hello,

I have got a negative review on my data field, because it seems not be working on the device of the user:

I haven't noticed any problems on my own Fenix3 (I am using it very extensively for my own running activities) and it is the only problem what has been reported yet.

How do you deal with such reports? Do you have any hint for me how I can analyze the issue?

  • One think to check is the FW version of the user's watch, as they could be running something different than you have.

    Also, with a IQ! crash, you can ask the user to send you the CIQ_LOG.txt from their watch (it's in \garmin\apps\logs)
