How to detect if watch has both Glance and Widget views?

On watches such as the Fenix 6 there is a Widgets setting called "Widget Glances".

Is there a way to detect if this feature exists and what the setting is?

Within an app, use

isGlanceModeEnabled;

from System.Settings. You can see if you were started from a glance or not.
